Salon Policies

Please view the following policies as they pertain to our day to day operation and learn how they might affect your visit.

Any services that require 3 hours or more will require a $50 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Life happens, we get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us 24 hour notice.

As a courtesy, confirmation notices are sent out 2 days, and again 2 hours prior to your appointment. 

This allows enough time for the designers to fill those appointments with clients on the waiting list.

The designers only get paid for the service they perform.

Less than 24 hours notice may result in the following cancellation fees:

 

  • 1st Time: Warning  

  • 2nd Time:20% of scheduled service

  • Thereafter: A 50% -100% non-refundable deposit when scheduling the service.

We Have a Date

We love working with you and every guest who sits in our chairs. Please be sure to arrive on time. If you arrive 10 minutes late we may need to alter your service or reschedule your appointment. 

(ex. not being able to blow dry style)

10 minutes may not seem like a big deal but, if  3 guests arrive 10 minutes late, the 4th guest is waiting 30 minutes.

 

Service Satisfaction

We want you to LOVE your hair! Sometimes you may get home and you find that a few adjustments need to be made. We are happy to make these adjustments that align with our original consultation and proper hair care within 5 days of the service.
